What We Do
Our products and services are used by start-ups, SMEs, Fortune 2000, government, educational bodies, not-for-profits and charities around the globe. From day one we have supported open source projects by donating product licenses to help them flourish.
Who We Are
The founders of Countersoft have many years´ experience working in and leading development teams. We´ve always advocated methods and tools that allow teams to communicate, coordinate, balance contributions, create mutual support and optimise talent. And get the job done properly!
We founded the company because of our conviction that a project platform should be a natural fit and help anyone involved in development or project delivery processes.
How We Work
We set out to be famous for sharing know-how and providing great support.
Countersoft´s relationships with its customers are highly collaborative. Initial contacts are about better project consultation and getting to understand customer needs. Our products continue to be developed with contributions from more than 3000 users around the world.
We have built key partnerships with the likes of Stature Software, Gibraltar Software and PureCM to deliver integrated solutions that drive even more capabilities for our customers.
Our Products
The award-winning Gemini is a leading .NET based project management platform that provides an effective browser-based project team experience regardless of roles, locations and project types. Key integrations with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Visual Studio, Subversion and other leading configuration management systems. Gemini won The Code Project Readers Choice Awards in 2009 and 2010 for Best Software Project Management product. Our free 3-user pack initiative has seen a rapid take-up.
Our Atlas product addresses the area of the software business that arguably matters the most: the product support eco-system. Atlas tackles the key issues around smarter community-based support while integrating ubiquitous FAQ/KB, formal documentation and how-to videos. The real magic of Atlas is how it facilitates replies to support questions. Naturally, integration with Gemini enables product support teams to share product developments with end-users.
Project Patterns is a community site that enables project teams, organisations and individuals to share project templates.
